What do I do if I forget my password or user ID?

Your password and user login were originally sent to you in our confirmation email when you first subscribed. If you have discarded this email go to the bottom of our Log in page and click on forgot your password, enter in your email address and the ewineasia.com sales team will send you a new password with in a few hours. Of course you can!
Simply pick out your bottle or gift of choice and proceed to check-out.
Completed your billing information.
Once you have filled in your alternative address you will be able to add a personalized message and choose if you would like your gift item to be gift wrapped.

Can I buy a gift certificate from ewineasia.com?

What is the legal age at which I can purchase wine and spirits in Singapore

You must be over the age of 18 years old, or of legal age in the country of residence to purchase and/or consume alcohol.

Why would a wine become unavailable or out of stock after I order it?

We try and maintain an accurate inventory, but due to limited productions or winery stock shortages from time to time we do run out of stock (trust me we don’t like it anymore then you do). If an item does become unavailable after you have placed an order we promise to contact you immediately and do our best to offer you an alternative suggestion. Should you not wish to accept our suggestions then we will make appropriate alternations and/or cancel your order at no charge.

Where is my cart and how do I add items to it?

Your cart is located at the top of every ewineasia.com webpage shopping cartand will continue to run an on going product tally and amount until you check out.
To add an item click on the desired product. In the right hand corner you will be prompted to choose your preferred quantity and if you would like to add it to your cart.
Items will stay in cart until desired check out time.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

To remove an item from your cart click on view recently added. You will be able to view your entire order, increase/decrease quantities or remove unwanted items.

When can I expect my wine to arrive and what are my delivery options?

All online orders placed in Singapore for above $200.00 ewineasia.com will take care of your shipping costs! Once you have completed your order continue through our checkout system.
You will be prompted to make a decision between express or standard delivery. Click on desired delivery for estimated costs.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed and approved.

For delivery in Singapore, we offer Express or Standard.
Express delivery, orders placed before 1130 will be delivered on the following day (with the exception of statutory holidays).
Standard delivery. order will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

Please note with the exception of Singapore, some wine delivery may experience periods of delay due to customs inspection.

How do I track my online order?

Once an order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or if you are an ewineasia.com rewards member log in and click on Track ID

What are my payment and currency options?

For easiawine.com orders we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Cheque, Pay pal or bank transfer.
ewineasia.com accepts the following currencies: SGD, USD or EUR
If you choose to pay via cheque, please make payments payable to Alfa international Pte Ltd.
Alternatively, you can make a bank transfer directly to our bank account. For account details click here
"Primeur wines" need to be paid entirely before delivery.

In order to redeem a gift certificate you need to have an ewineasia.com account

What if my order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing an item?

All items sold at ewineasia.com are insured by our company during transportation. Upon arrival of your package it is up to the addressee to check the state of the goods and to note any broken, damaged or missing items. Should an problem occur with your order please inform the delivery company or ewineasia.com within 48 hours in order to preserve claim rights.

Damaged Items:

If you receive products that were damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace them although this may require you to hold onto the damaged item(s) while we process a claim. Please do not dispose of any damaged items before contacting us directly

Incorrect or Missing Items:

If you have received product(s) that you did not order, or are missing items, please contact us directly and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement order and/or return pick up.

Who can sign for my wine order?

Anyone in the household or establishment that is a minimum age of 18 years old, or of legal age in the country of residence to purchase or consume alcohol can sign for your shipment.

How do I cancel an order?

Once a order is placed and confirmed it is not possible to cancel or stop the shipment.
To cancel a confirmed order you must contact our customer care department within 24 hours of placing the order and we will try our best to assist you although we can not offer a guarantee. If we are not able to cancel an order due to the fact it is already in the process of being shipped a recipient may refuse delivery if they no longer want an order although be advised that you will be charged for shipping and a restocking fee of 5%. What is your return policy?

At ewineasia.com your satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact our customer care within 15 days and submit your issue.
All products must be returned in good condition, including original packaging and all documentation. Charges will be applied for all missing items and breakages. ewineasia.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds. Shipments that are refused without prior to our knowledge, or that are returned to us due to invalid address are subject to a restocking fee of 5% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
