English sparkling wine from Kent in the UK? Yes please! Delicate pink in appearance, this gorgeous sparkling rose is 54% Pinot Noir, 32% Pinot Meunier, and 14% Chardonnay. Bathe in aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and cranberry combined with more developed brioche and fresh pastry notes.

The palate balances soft summer pudding fruits, a vibrant citrus streak and a long and rounded finish.

The Jurtschitsch family is one of the leaders of the natural wine movement in Austria, and you'll want to try this beautiful rosé, a blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The grapes are fermented whole and then stored on the lees for a few months in neutral oak, resulting in a plush, textural rosé that will be gone before you know it!

The Carneros Sparkling Brut (Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) from California's Sonoma County displays elegant apple and pear aromatics that dance delicately on the nose.

Seductively crisp and refreshing on the palate, citrus flavors of Meyer lemon and clementine are supported by intricate layers of vanilla bean, mineral and stone.

Another favourite of ours, the Champagne Chapuy Brut Tradition N.V features a fruity and smooth nose of Pinot Meunier with typical notes of green apples and pears. The Pinot Noir gives then the structure and the roundness of the wine to finish by exquisite lightness and freshness of the Chardonnay.

Whites

Marc Kreydenweiss Andlau Riesling 2018: 25% OFF (Sale Price: $44, U.P. $59)

The result of a late vintage, pink sandstone and a little bit of slate soils, the Riesling Andlau from Alsace Grand Cru includes the declassified grapes from the Clos Rebberg. Clear, ripe and spicy on the nose which reveals some untamed oak and leather aromas.

Terroir driven, aromatic and seductive on the palate, with a good mouthfeel and a piquant yet ripe acidity on the finish.

Anselmo Mendes Parcela Unica Alvarinho 2017: 25% OFF (Sale Price: $65, U.P. $86)

If you can't get enough of Abarinos, this white from Portugal's Minho Valley is for you. Cold-clarified for a long time and fermented in new French oak barrels, this wine is deep yellow with greenish hint, with apple and pear notes wrapped in fine aromas of vanilla and spices.

The palate sees strong minerality with a high concentration of fruit with nuances of wood and white pepper.

Cousino-Macul Varietals Chardonnay 2018 (6 Bottles): 35% OFF (Sale Price: $140, U.P. $216)

It's hard to go wrong with Cousino-Macul's 2018 Chardonnay, boosted by the terroir at Maipo Valley, Chile. With a light golden colour, this Chardonnay has a very delicate and elegant floral nose.

Pineapple and apple show through on the palate which has a full and rounded structure. The firm body provides a long, satisfying finish.

Miles from Nowhere Estate Series Chardonnay 2019 (6 Bottles): 35% OFF (Sale Price: $179, U.P. $276)

Miles from Nowhere is a brilliant winery from Margaret River in Western Australia, and so is their Estate Series Chardonnay. The 2019 vintage is a lovely wine layered with aromatics of citrus and stone fruit accompanied by nougat, oatmeal, toasted almond and a hint of spice.

Featuring stone fruit flavours, citrus and shortbread, and an attractive toasty char on the finish, we love pairing this with chicken and vegetables.

Reds

Poggio Antico Brunello Di Montalcino 2012 (Magnum): 40% OFF (Sale Price: $176, U.P. $294)

Nothing like a solid Tuscan wine to put us in a good mood. 100% Sangiovese makes up this amazing Brunello Di Montalcino that's bright and young-looking, with attractive plum and cherry nose, and a lovely texture with excellent underlying structure.

This dry red wine is excellent with quality lamb and steak.

E. Foradori Granato IGT 2016/2017: 35% OFF (Sale Price: $80, U.P. $123)

The “Granato” is an especially concentrated and dense 100% Teroldego that takes root from the stones of five different vineyards of the Campo Rotaliano. Teroldego can age brilliantly and especially so when in the hands of such an able winemaker as Elisabetta Foradori.

A special year, this vintage shows plenty of the sunlight that dominated the year. Plush dark fruits, plenty of acidity and clearly a wine that will evolve marvellously for decades.

Bodegas Vinas Elias Mora 2017 (6 Bottles): 30% OFF (Sale Price: $197, U.P. $292)

Who wants some single varietal Tinta de Toro from Spain? This 100% Tempranillo from Elias Mora has a very bright, clean cherry-coloured robe with a purple rim. Fresh, intense notes of wild berries, blackberries, violets, liquorice and roasted coffee, combined with hints of spices, cinnamon and undergrowth, balanced by excellent acidity and some crunchy tannins. 

Domaine D'Ardhuy Bourgogne Cotes D'Or Pinot Noir 2018: 15% OFF (Sale Price: $51, U.P. $60)

Pinot Noirs rule at Domaine D'Ardhuy, located in the Côte-d'Or of Burgundy. The red is delightful, fruity, soft in the mouth and easy to drink with very charming and expressive aromas (strawberry and cherry).

This is a wine that complements full-flavoured meat dishes as pork, grilled meat, white meat.
