Great sensation of ripe fruit such as apricot sand medlars, which delicately combine the sweeter notes such as honey, bitter orange marmalade, and caramel. It also releases aromas of Mediterranean herbs, chamomile, aniseed, and lemon peel that add freshness. Dense, forceful and velvety over the palate, with a long, sweet finish, in which the alcohol is elegantly integrated. The liqueur is ideally paired with panellets, marzipan, tocino de cielo, crystallized fruit, Christmas gingerbread, cinnamon cookies, ‘panettone’ and biscotti.
