A rich colour, deep ruby and purple with age. On the nose, the bouquet opens with an aroma of red and black fruit (strawberry, cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry) with notes of prune and peppery nuances. The Bougogne Pinot Noir is very lively on the palate, well-structured and well-rounded. Tannins and strong fruit notes gives a fleshy volume. A wine with elegant, find and smooth personality. Pairs well with salads, meat pies, poultry and ideal for seafood.
