2019 vintage has been dryer than the previous one, which results in lower yield. The high temperatures during summer made the harvest start earlier. Even if the yields dropped a bit. The health condition of the grapes and the quality were extradordinaru, providing a wine with a great aromatic concentraion.

After a careful elaboration, avoiding excessive extraction and long maceration, the ageing in French oak barrels polishes its intense tannins. Tadeo offers a spicy, mineral wine with a beautiful structure, expressing the specific terroir where it is produced.

The bouquet is one of intense spices, with balsamic flavour, and notes of black pepper and black plum.

In the mouth, the wine is intense, concentrated and fresh. Its powerful tannins match perfectly with a beautiful acidity.
