DOURTHE
At one time, it was necessary to wait again several years to taste Bordeaux wines in good conditions. Dourthe created Beau Mayne in 1979, a round, nicely-balanced Bordeaux with the emphasis on lovely ripe fruit. Beau Mayne is the result of an increasingly strict selection process conducted by our oenologists who all have perfect knowledge of the Bordeaux terroirs. From several hundred batches, only the best are selected, those whose supple tannins and rich fruit render them worthy of a place in the Beau Mayne cuvée. The blend is then made to strike the right balance between rich, complex fruit and particularly mellow tannins before the wine is matured in vats and then bottles to put the finishing touch to it.

PATRICK CLERGET
Coteaux Bourguignons is an Appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) for white, red and rosé wine from the region of Burgundy in France. In late 2011, it replaced the earlier appellation Bourgogne Grand Ordinaire. The name Coteaux Bourguignons translates as "Burgundian hills". Coteaux Bourguignons is a regional-level appellation, covering the entire Burgundy region from the area around Auxerre down to Beaujolais.

DOMAINE DE LA CORNASSE
Domaine de la Cornasse is led by Nathalie Geoffroy. Established in 1850 her family winery is regarded locally as one of the classic Chablisenne producers. They make Bourgogne Blanc, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru Chablis wines at their winery in the village of Beines and the appellation of Chablis. Their vineyards rest on Kimmeridgian soil--the ancient bed of of the Atlantic Ocean that is now clay/limestone with a heavy, nutrient blessed, mixture of fossilized oysters, fish skeletons and other sea life.
