Description

LeDomaine is an age-worthy white wine from the Duero Valley, at a high altitude. It is the result of a lucky accident and is made from all the goodness of our terroir.

A terroir wine for aging, it is largely obtained from Sauvignon Blanc, to which we add a hint of Verdejo and a bit of alchemy with other white grape varieties, depending on the characteristics of the vintage year.

The result is a surprising, original wine with intensity and character, full-bodied and unctuous with a long, fresh finish. Designed to improve over time, it is a true reflection of the personality of the terroir.

Tasting Note

A clean and bright wine.
Fragrant at first, with aromas of white flowers, elder and acacia. It also has refreshing notes of ginger, and citric hints of mandarin, grapefruit and lime. When poured, hints of stone fruit come through, such as apricot and nectarine, along with mature fruits like melon, all of which are characteristic of a warm vintage.
Persistent, long, creamy and unctuous, it shows the fine work done with the lees. It has a fresh and well-integrated acidity, almost crystalline, ensuring that this is a highly age-worthy wine.
