Extremely gentle processing of grapes and the meticulous control over the fermentation process allow to create its exquisite taste and elegant aroma. Grapes are pressed with stems. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and new Tonnellerie Vicard and Tonnellerie Francois Freres barriques.
