Region: France, Champagne
Retail Price: S$ 112.00
About the Wine: This pure Chardonnay is a blend of Premier and Grand Crus from the Côte des Blancs. The floral, very fine bouquet reveals fresh acacia flowers and hawthorn aromas with seductive notes of fresh brioche and honey, topped with hints of almond and citrus. Its ampleness is amazing just as much as its wonderful balance. The texture is creamy and the delicate but intense aromas – hazelnutt, grapefruit and toasted brioche – are supported by a very refined minerality. The final shows great freshness, delicacy and length.
About the Winery: Founded in 1834, Champagne Boizel has cultivated excellence since its origins by respecting the values of authenticity and commitment to the best quality. In 180 years of existence, this family house has forged its reputation on the subtlety of its blends and the finesse of its different Champagnes. Then as now, each generation pursues the adventure by combining respect of tradition with a capacity for innovation to continue to produce Champagnes that are constantly more refined and more appealing. The involvement of the family in all stages of production, from the vine to the glass, and the family’s deep roots in Epernay, in the heart of Champagne, are two major strengths for the House. This love for Champagne and the passionate pursuit of finesse, character and elegance in the wines are authentic family values.

Region: Italy, Friuli
Retail Price: S$ 70.00
About the Wine:Pinot Grigio is this wine’s skeleton, as it brings structure, depth, softness and heat. Traminer is important for what concerns aromatic qualities and nose sensations, while Riesling makes it reach a balance with acidity in order to exalt its complexity. The first two grape varieties are late harvested and are fermented and matured in oak barrels. Three very different grapes are used to produce a unique wine, made by the combination of “Mediterranean” surmaturation notes on a liquer-sweet register of “Nordic” characteristics.
About the Winery: Lis Neris is located in the center of the famous wine growing region of Friuli, in the village of San Lorenzo, between the Slovenian border to the North and the right bank of the Isonzo river to the South.
More than 60 hectares of vineyards are planted in the most beautiful part of a broad shelf of calcareous gravel, dragged down by the melt waters from the glaciers of the Eastern Alps. San Lorenzo, which is a cooler area, is where most of the white varieties are grown while Corona and Romans, are warmer zones to the West of the winery, and where the reds are mainly planted.

Retail Price: S$67.00
About the Wine: Very expressive, deep, with a fruit character above the oak, almost imperceptible. Red and black fruit, in the line of the cherry and blackberry. A freshness feeling. Light spicy notes in the line of the fresh ground black pepper. The aromatic expression is growing with a predominance of the fruit over the rest of components. Great fruity feeling and very fresh. It appears the same nuances that are perceived in nose, it dominates the game of the red and black fruit, but it also appears the mineral character and the fine spicy. The tannin is present with a very good quality, marking the youth of the wine. Long, with a good acidity which gives a pleasant freshness together with a fullness feeling. A harmonious and balanced wine. Nose and palate very coherent, in which emphasize the fruits and the freshness.
