It’s no secret that this restaurant by celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has been a hit since it opened.
Located in The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, 10 Bayfront Ave, it is set in an industrial warehouse-designed restaurant and bar. Bread Street Kitchen is modelled after its London counterpart, serving a British European menu with fresh seasonal produce in a lively and bustling space.
If you have not checked it out yet, here are some of our recommended dishes:
- Roasted Veal Carpaccio with quail’s egg (the quail’s egg really makes a difference!)
- Traditional British dishes such as fish & chips or macaroni & cheese (hearty dishes with refinement!)
- 28 Days Aged Irish Angus Rib-Eye (Definitely an indulgence worth splurging on)

Carlos Montobbio is a familiar face amongst the foodies in Singapore, having helmed the kitchens at Anti:Dote. With close to 10 years of experience in the culinary field, Chef Carlos spent time training in Michelin-starred restaurants such as Celler de Can Roca (3 stars), Zuberoa (2 stars) and Cinc Sentits (1 star).
