Tell us about your wine list? How different is it from others?

Our wine list has over 200 labels, with 95% from France.  We change the wines by the glass each month too!

Why Singapore? 

I did my apprenticeship in Rhone, my hometown and I have worked in many countries. I have been here for six years – it is a very easy place to live in, is convenient and quite green for a city. I grew up in the deep forest, surrounded by mountains and nature, so this is quite important to me.

 What is your all-time favourite food and wine pairing at Rhubarb?

Chef has introduced a new dish: apricots with Foie Gras, paired with a Condrieu from Yves Cuilleron. We are also showcasing this dish during the Wine Dinner when the winemaker visits us in this coming July!
