About the Wine: Elegant, fruity and fresh with ripe apple and syrup notes. Well-integrated bubbles with excellent sugar-acidity balance, and long delicate finish.
About the Winery: Agusti Torello Mata has a reputation as one of Spain’s foremost Cava producers. The stated goal is “to make Cava with soul” working with only the traditional grapes. All of the fruit utilized is at least 30 years of age. Approximately 20% of the production is exported to a total of 31 countries.
Agustí Torelló Mata’s cava winery is in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, the capital of cava and the heart of the Penedès region. Located in the central coastal area of Catalonia, this region lies very close to the Mediterranean Sea.

About the Wine: Pale straw with a golden hue in color, followed by fine and delicate bubbles. Citrus, floral and mineral aromas are noted on the nose, and are later partnered by a fresh and elegant palate. A perfectly balance and enjoyable sparkling cremant.
About the Winery: Domaine du Vissoux is a family-run wine estate, located in the southern Beaujolais region of Burgundy. Maurice Chermette, first took ownership of the vineyard in the early 1950’s and at the time sold his wine predominately in bulk to some of Burgundy top brokers. Through great care and dedication Maurice was able to work his way up and be noted as one of the top wine producers in the area.
In 1982 Pierre-Marie Chermette (Maurice’s son) took over the family estate and decided to start producing wines under his owe label. From the very beginning Pierre-Marie Chermette has been committed to quality over quantity, and prides himself on being involved in every step of his estates winemaking process, sales and pushing the boundaries in Beaujolais.

About the Winery: Since 1340, 19 generations one after another, have managed the Monfalletto property in the town of La Morra, the center of the production of Barolo wine. Giovanni Cordero di Montezemolo and his children Elena and Alberto are the protagonists of this millennium.The historical single-body vineyard area of 28 hectares (69 acres), rare for the area, extends over all sides of the hill.
