Tomàs Cusiné Barber is one of the best-known and renowned oenologists and wine producers in Catalonia. Today, he runs a dynamic wine production group four wineries: Cérvoles, Cara Nord, Tomàs Cusiné and Castell del Remei. In total, these wineries produce 1,300,000 bottles of wine every year. We catch up with him to talk about his winemaking philosophy and placing the future of Spanish wine in the hands of young winemakers.
