Voluminous, elegant and with a lot of finesse. Fruits and aromatic herbs form a harmonious and very delicate set. Cherry and blackberry stand out, on a background of marjoram and cistus. There is a certain sweetness that comes from a warm and excellent vintage. Refreshing balsamic notes appear reminiscent of mint and marshmallow. The touch is very pleasant and there is a perception of high quality fine and sweet tannins that give it life. Excellent CORIMBO, possibly the best we have produced.

Tasting Note

Medium-high intensity layer, with a red background and also red trim.
Intense with fresh red fruit. There are cherries, plums, fresh blackberries and a layer of minty aromatic herbs. There is a lot of freshness that comes from the 2020 vintage, the cool vintage in which the vineyard remained alone in its environment, in balance with the landscape and the winegrower. We find that strength in the wine. A mineral note appears marked by limestone, red fruit stones and morello cherry.
Medium-bodied, very fruity, cherries, plums, blackberries… with red fruit characteristics and impeccably blended wood. Very rich, with lively but very silky tannins, freshness stands out on all sides. There is limestone depth, but it is to be enjoyed. A fresh, elegant and relaxed expression of Ribera del Duero. A wine full of registers, light and fresh. A very long wine, of medium volume, with great ease for pairing.
