A unique white wine, from the exciting terroir on Mount Ansariah in Northern Syria. An unoaked blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon that delivers unique complexity and an amazing aging potential. The nose is elegant, delivering notes of lemon, blood orange and white flowers. In the mouth where there is excellent acidity, minerality, body and 'fat', with stone fruit underpinned with nuts and honey. It structure balance, acidity and fruit allow the wine to develop complexity years after release. The wine presents a pale yellow with light green reflection. The nose is elegant with lemon and flowery notes. The mouth is clean, fresh and round with  a beautiful acid balance. The finish is long and fresh.
