Description

Double selection. Destemmed. Microfermentation of each varietal in first-use French oak barrels. Total maceration between 45 to 50 days. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. The cut is finished by assembling in barrels.

Deep red in color with violet tones.
On the nose, notes of red and black fruits such as plum and blueberries are perceived . Likewise, oral notes of violets
combined with chocolate and coffee, contributed by the aging in oak barrels, stand out. On
the palate it is presented as a wine with great character and freshness. Its elegance and
vivacity stand out. It is an extremely captivating wine.

Tasting Note

Reddish violet color.
On the nose it seduces by its delicious floral aroma with notes of currants and a touch of spice.
On the palate, it displays notes of black cherry, plum and strawberry. The wood is in perfect balance in this varietal, thus preserving its fresh, fruity and floral character.
