Pretty, luminous, salmon-pink robe tinted with gold. Delectable bouquet, with notes of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, redcurrant). Round, refreshing and perfectly balanced in the mouth, very smooth and agreeable, with notes of white fruit. Fruity and very long finish. Ideal served as an aperitif or with Provencal starters and southern cuisine. Perfect with all kinds of Oriental and Asian food.
