Aromatic type : Light in color but expressive on the nose, it develops delicate and refined aromas combining sweet spices, white pepper, and red berries such as raspberry, redcurrant or wild strawberry. This spicy, almost floral character (faded rose, peony), is the typical signature of the grape variety.

With a view to planting new grapes at the estate, we have chosen to test ourselves by vinifying Pineau d'Aunis this year using light maceration.
