A traditional Loire varietal, our low-alcohol (10.5°) Grolleau produces a good wine for everyday drinking.

Aromatic style: Classic easy-drinking wine with aromas of red berries. (We vinify using carbonic maceration to exalt the strawberry red fruit notes.)

Tasting Note

Light ruby with violet highlights; slightly hazy in bottle due to minimal intervention.
Bright and expressive, with lifted aromas of wild strawberries, red currant, and raspberry, layered with floral notes (rose petal, violet)
Light-bodied, juicy, and incredibly fresh. Crunchy red berry fruit dominates, backed by vibrant acidity and soft, barely-there tannins.
