Floral nose, ample and fresh mouth with a tangy attack then aromas of citrus fruits, exotic fruits, mirabelle plum. Goes well with shellfish, spicy dishes, saffron, white meats, exotic cuisine. To drink young, or to keep to let other more complex aromas develop."
