This Mâcon-Villages wine hails primarily from vineyards around the village of Chardonnay, in the heart of the Mâconnais region. Known for its limestone-rich soils and gentle slopes, this terroir offers ideal conditions for cultivating Chardonnay grapes, imparting the wine with a refined minerality and fresh acidity. 

Gentle pneumatic pressing to extract pure juice with minimal bitterness. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness and optimize the extraction of fruity and floral aromas. The wine is then aged on fine lees for 6 months with occasional stirring (bâtonnage) for complexity and rounded mouthfeel.
