2019: We saw the best things during the harvest when the conditions turned out to be optimal: very little rain, accentuated temperature changes and mild temperatures in the central part of the day that will allow these wines to compete at a high level.
This vintage is characterized by concentration, the result of longer grape ripening times than usual. Golden green to the eye, spicy and balsamic on the nose, solid and savory in the mouth. It is very reminiscent of the 2010 super vintage, both in the sensations of youth and in the potential for development. It is a wine made to accompany both fish-based preparations and white meats.
