The Wine
White wine. A typical for the region, certainly a legacy in Alsace. Floral nose, wide mouth with a fresh attack apples and pear aromas of apricot and dried fruit. Goes well with seafood, spicy dishes, saffron, white meats, exotic cuisine. A young wine to be drunk or to stored to allow other flavors to develop.

Bold gamble that this facility a few miles of the great Bordeaux wine appellation in the coast of Marmandais!
Elian Da Ros, after his classes in Alsace alongside Zind Humbrecht, returned to his hometown and took over his father's vineyard, gradually increased the size of the area to include the finest terroirs Cocumont.

The vineyard is planted main varieties present in Bordeaux: merlot, cabernet sauvignon and cabernet franc that bring a real balance, treated with an indigenous grape assemblabe "the Abouriou" he likens to a Gamay Southwest. Each plot is cultivated in biodynamics, harvested and vinified separately and then assembled in different vintages. Its first vintage in 1998.
