Aguardiente de Hierbas Pazo Señoráns is a spectacular white marc spirit made with 100% Albariño grape bagasse macerated with different types of herbs and seeds. The white marc spirit that serves as the basis for the elaboration of this Aguardiente de Hierbas Pazo Senoráns is subjected to double distillation in stills following the traditional method over direct fire to later be preserved in 2000-liter stainless steel tanks. This herb marc liqueur is made by Pazo Señoráns Winery under the protection of the regulatory board of Indicación Xeográfica Aguardente de Herbas de Galicia (Spain).
