The entry-level Spanish white wine of the Cérvoles Celler, Cérvoles Colors Blanc is produced in the northern Catalan region of Costers del Segre.

The composition of the 2022 vintage includes, besides the customary Macabeo and Chardonnay varieties coming from 10 to 30-year-old vines, a percentage of Albariño, all sourced from certified organic vineyards with sandy-limestone soils at 700-800 metres of altitude.

Harvested by hand in little boxes and carefully selected, this white wine from Costers de Segre was vinified in stainless steel tanks.

After that, Cérvoles Colors Blanc 2022 was aged for 6 months in the same tanks with periodic stirrings of the lees, to increase the creaminess and roundness of the wine.

Pair this organic white wine with rice dishes, creamy and semi-cured cheeses and fish recipes.
