Ewineasia.com now ships island-wide, in Singapore
Once an order is processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. You will then be able to track your order processing by logging in to your Account and click on Track ID.
Once an order is shipped, our forwarder will deliver the product, we will not be able to stop the shipment once it is shipped. Please do contact us if you think your order is delayed. If our forwarder loses the package, or if the package is lost in the process of delivery, we will not be able to ship out replacement packages until our forwarder confirms that the package is lost. Without confirmation from our forwarder, we will not know for sure if you will get two shipments if we ship out another one. Another delay is if there is no one to sign for the package, every package we ship usually requires a signature, if a package is returned to us because no one was available to sign for it or the address was input incorrectly at the time you enter the order, you will be charged again to ship it out a second time.
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of the order. Your order may be delayed if your ship to address does not match with the delivery address you provide to us. We verify all addresses for protection against fraud. Some orders that are shipped from fulfillment warehouses may require longer for the item to ship. We may also ship the orders with multiple items from different warehouses so it is possible you get the items on different days. Due to the many circumstances such as unable to charge your card or verify your address, we cannot guarantee when your order is shipped out. Also if you choose next day air service, it does not necessarily mean you will get it the next day from the order date, it means that you will get it the next day from the date we ship the order. Shipping charges will be made in the currency the order is made. All prices quoted are based on current transportation charges effective from december 2004. Future update of transportation charges may be made without prior notice.
Please inform us of any damages that may have occurred during the transportation and feel comfortable to write comments on the delivery note. All our shipments are insured. All products must be returned in good condition, including original packaging and all documentation. Charges will be applied for all missing items and breakages. ewineasia.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases. Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
Shipments that are refused without prior to our knowledge, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 5% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
Wines and non-alcoholic goods are shipped separately as dutiable items and non-dutiable items are sent separately for the custom clearance purpose. Hence in an order with different items, 2 shipments may arrive at different rates. By placing an order at ewineasia.com, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this web site.
