Pey La Tour Réserve du Château is the first wine from this estate. Providing the gold standard in affordable fine wine, it expresses all the qualities of the chateau’s finest terroirs. Critical acclaim from the press and feedback from clients positions this wine well above the Bordeaux Supérieur appellation. The wines are charming, full-bodied and profound, expressing appealing flavours focused on juicy red fruits.

Deep ruby in colour with flashes of purple. On the bouquet, intense, ripe, black fruit aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry preside, interweaved with oaky notes. The wine is full-bodied, fleshy and complex on the palate, where notes of kirsch echo the bouquet. Well-integrated tannins complement the rich structure and reveal their true glory in a wondrous finish.
