Description

A "Pure-Noble" Sangiovese wine. A wine for which assembling means capturing the different notes of the different terroirs. The softness comes after gentle refinement.

Vinification & refinement: Fermentation and maceration for at least 20 days, depending on the parcel, at a controlled temperature < 30°C. Maturation for 12 months in second passage French oak barriques (allier), followed by 12 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Subsequent refinement in bottle for at least six months

Tasting Note

Intense ruby red color.
Strong aroma with notes of ripe red fruits integrated with a good spicy component.
On the palate it is warm, soft and full; structured with well-present but velvety and non-aggressive tannins. Good persistence
