Description

Our centenary soleras allow for the production of Sherries of exceptional age. Even the most refined palates agree: subtlety in its purest form.

The Amontillado wines are the most interesting of the Jerez wines. They are firstly aged biologically as a Manzanilla under the velum of flor yeast for 8 years before undergoing a further 7 years of oxidative ageing. Our Amontillado Principe boasts extraordinary nuances, which are the result of this 15 year ageing process.

Tasting Note

Beautiful amber in colour. Clean and bright.
Intense, elegant and seductive on the nose. Underlying saline, hazelnut and roasted notes
Well-balanced and structured, leaving a long after-taste. We can appreciate the typical dryness of the amontillado wines that makes them all the more complex. Good after-taste.
