We have a new winery on board! Presenting Abrau Durso, an award-winning Russian winery first developed in 1870 by decree of Emperor Alexander II. Abrau Durso particularly specialises in sparkling wine and uses the traditional champagnoise method, maintaining the priceless values of classic French Champagne making.

We've talked a lot about family-owned wineries, but how about a winery started by friends? Azienda Agricola COS is one of our featured wineries of the month. They also produce wine from the island's only DOCG: Cerasuolo di Vittoria, made from a blend of Nero d'Avola and Frappato. Since they recently ended harvest season, we were able to catch up with their Export Manager Biagio Distefano to talk about this year's harvest.
